We prefer to use the term remote support or remote professionals.

What support levels do you offer?
Filiverse offers three support levels:
Essential Support — $8/hour
Non-voice support for recurring administrative, CRM, data entry, research, and operational tasks.
Growth Support — $11/hour
Voice and non-voice support for customer communication, sales follow-ups, appointment setting, CRM updates, and workflow coordination.
Specialized Support — starting at $14/hour
Senior-level support for specialized roles such as marketing, sales development, executive assistance, project coordination, design, video editing, IT support, CRM, automation, bookkeeping, and finance support.
All support levels are billed monthly.

Do you offer part-time support?
Yes. Part-time and full-time support options are available.
The minimum engagement is 2 hours per business day. Billed Monthly.
Can services be customized?
Yes. Filiverse support is designed around your workflow, communication style, operational structure, and business needs.
We adapt to your process — we don’t force you into a rigid system.
What time zones do you support?
Filiverse internal operations are managed on Mountain Time.
Assigned remote professionals may work based on your preferred schedule, business hours, or operational coverage needs.
Are your remote professionals already trained?
Filiverse screens remote professionals based on experience, communication, professionalism, reliability, and operational capability.
Clients are responsible for training assigned remote professionals on company-specific workflows, systems, products, services, and internal processes.
How is productivity tracked?
Remote professionals use time tracking and productivity monitoring tools to support visibility, accountability, and workflow transparency.
What does the tracking include?

When is client-provided equipment needed?
Client-provided equipment may be recommended for roles involving sensitive data, installed software, restricted-access systems, compliance-sensitive work, or dedicated hardware requirements.
For more controlled environments, we can support a dedicated setup.
Do you help with equipment setup?
Yes. Filiverse offers optional Equipment Setup & Management Support.
This may include procurement coordination, delivery support, setup guidance, equipment tracking, storage coordination, and retrieval assistance.
Additional fees may apply only when equipment support is requested.
How do you handle security and confidentiality?
Filiverse values confidentiality, professionalism, and responsible handling of client information.
Clients remain responsible for managing access permissions, protecting credentials, securing company systems, maintaining cybersecurity policies, and controlling sensitive data access.
We encourage clients to use secure password management, role-based permissions, proper onboarding/offboarding controls, and company-managed systems whenever possible.
Do you offer a trial?
Trial Structure
- 2 hours per business day
- 5 business days total
If the client is not satisfied, Filiverse may provide one complimentary replacement or refund the paid trial fee.
Can clients communicate directly with remote professionals?
Yes. Clients may communicate directly with assigned remote professionals within our dedicated workspace while Filiverse continues to provide operational support, coordination, and oversight.
Can support scale over time?
Yes. Support can evolve as your business grows.
Clients may start with part-time support and later expand to full-time support, specialized roles, or additional remote professionals depending on workload and business needs.
