How It Works

1. Express Your Interest
Start by filling out our application form to let us know you're interested in joining Filiverse.

Once submitted, our team will review your application and respond with the next steps, including recommended training programs if needed.

2. Choose Your Path

Option A: You Already Have Training or Certification
If you’ve already completed a relevant VA course or certification:

• You may submit your credentials for review
• If approved, you can proceed directly to:
  • Initial screening interview
  • Skills assessment
  • Verification process

Note: Existing certifications are reviewed but are not eligible for reimbursement.

Option B: You Need Training
If you’re new to virtual assistance, we will provide recommended training resources to help you get up to standard.

• Training is paid by the applicant upfront
• You must keep your receipt/proof of payment
• You will be eligible for reimbursement once hired by Filiverse, provided that:
  • You initially submitted the interest form before starting training
  • You complete the training successfully
  • You pass our screening process

3. Submit Your Credentials
After completing your training (or if already certified), email the following to:

• Updated Resume
• Cover Letter
• VA Training Certificate(s)

4. Screening & Skill Verification
Once we receive your documents, our team will schedule you for:

• Initial screening interview
• Skills assessment
• Verification process

5. Become Filiverse Certified
Candidates who successfully pass all steps will become Filiverse Certified Virtual Assistants and be added to our talent pool for client matching opportunities.

Important Notes

• Only applicants who first expressed interest through our form are eligible for training reimbursement
• Reimbursement applies only after successful hiring and onboarding
• Our process ensures all VAs meet a consistent, high-quality standard for clients
